Choose 1 cost 1 or lower character on your opponent's back stage, put it into his or her waiting room, choose up to 1 level X character in your waiting room, return it to your hand, choose 1 card in your hand, and put it into your waiting room. X is equal to the cost +1 of the character put into your opponent's waiting room by this effect.
